Regrettably good service is not a regular feature of the
customer’s experience of SA business or Public Service in
this day and age. Excellent service is a much rarer customer
experience whilst consistently excellent service is about as
rare an experience as a visit with Nelson Mandela! Such a
rarity is, however, to be encountered in ones dealings with

We recently outsourced our mail hosting and IT maintenance to IT Experts due to our own time and IT knowledge constraints. A full analysis of our IT requirements was performed and IT Experts implemented the necessary upgrades and the changes.  We now have a maintenance contract in place whereby IT Experts visit our premises on a weekly basis to perform scheduled maintenance, upgrades and backups.  They also visit our office on an ad hoc basis to perform required tasks.  We find their response time to be excellent. They were particularly considerate and helpful when it came to our recent server upgrade during which they went out of their way to limit downtime. In addition to the above, we also use IT Experts as supplier for our hardware upgrades and maintenance.  We find their prices to be very competitive and we experience a quick turnaround time for the provision of quotations.  We are proud to be associated with IT Experts and have to date been very satisfied with their service.
